Kiawah is an island off the coast of South Carolina where the high-net-worth crowd has second, third, and fourth homes. It boasts wide beaches, world-class golf courses, easy access to Charleston, and a very distinct kind of natural beauty. It has been planned in order to preserve many of its natural habitats, making closeness to nature and wildlife part of the draw. Our job was to help Kiawah island Real Estate sell plots and homes by evoking the one-of-a-kind feeling you get in this unique place of peace and Lowcountry splendor.

We developed a concept for the premium property brochures that we called The Zoom. The exterior casing is a color informed by the kind of environment where the property is located. This example is the oceanfront, but others include marsh, woods, golf course, etc. The cover of the brochure itself is an overhead view of the actual location of the property with a window to the house itself. The property is revealed fully in the cover spread.
